Welcome All Outlaws!

We are all outlaws now, but so lucky in the company we keep.

Please enjoy each other’s over a glass of buttermilk and cheer at TomKat Ranch. We won’t divulge everything ahead of time (some things are better experienced than announced) but trust us when we say: you’ll want to be there right on time. You will not want to miss a moment.

We’re thrilled by the extraordinary response to the party and so grateful that you will be joining us! Registration for this event is now closed, and we have reached maximum capacity.

If you’re bringing snacks or nonalcoholic drinks for you and your family to enjoy, please ensure they align with the green waste event goals that we work very hard to achieve in the production of every event, every day of the year. In particular, we request that no single-use plastic be brought on site. There will be plenty of water stations to refill your reusable, non-plastic water bottles. Learn more about our commitment and opportunities to support recycling and composting here. Thank you for helping us reduce negative impacts on our environment!

Event Entrance and Considerations

Speed Limit: The speed limit on the ranch is 10 mph. Please drive carefully.

Safety: For everyone’s safety, all attendees will pass through a wand station upon entry. No firearms or weapons.

Guest List: This is a private event, and entry will be restricted to those whose names are on the RSVP list. Anyone not registered will be turned away. No exceptions.

Bring your identification : IDs will be required for alcoholic beverages.

Sorry, no pets : TomKat Ranch has a strict no pet policy. All pets will be turned away.

Accessibility : TomKat Ranch is a working cattle ranch with uneven terrain. If you require support, please contact events@kattaylor.com.

Photography: Please do not film or take photos of the inside of any of the buildings on the ranch.

Main Stage: We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or recording (on cell phones or other filming devices) during the comedian’s set. Please help us meet our commitment and respect their intellectual property. You are welcome to take photos during the live musical sets.

No single-use plastic on site: Please refrain from bringing single-use plastic water bottles to the party.

Opportunities to Support Recycling and Composting: Delicious and regeneratively-grown food is a critical part of our work at TomKat Ranch of supporting local regenerative growers, raising healthy nutrient-dense food that nourishes our bodies, and feeding the soil. The effects of good food don’t stop at the table. What we don’t eat has a big impact on our environment, so please make sure all food waste feeds the soil instead of filling the landfill.

  • Re-Usable Plates/Cups : When you arrive, you will be given a mess kit of re-usable supplies to keep plastic out of landfills and reduce waste. These are yours to keep and reuse at home.
  • Compost Food Waste : Food waste has a big impact on the environment. In a landfill, it can create volatile greenhouse gases; however, when properly composted, it can feed soil microbes and grow healthy soil. During your visit, please place all uneaten food in the correct bins so it can be part of the solution and not the problem.
  • Recycle : You will find trash and recycling bins throughout the ranch. Please pay attention to posted signs that indicate the types of waste to recycle or compost, as well as their designated locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What’s the dress code?

A: This is an all-day affair right on the coast, and that ocean breeze can be unpredictable. It is advisable to bring along some layers for when the weather swings from sunny to breezy, as well as sturdy boots or comfortable, outdoor, closed-toe shoes. There’s no official dress code, but you might be more relaxed dressing casually.

Q: Is the event indoors or outdoors?

A: We’ll be spending most of the day under the wide-open sky. Dress in layers so you’re ready for sunshine or a brisk coastal breeze!

Q: Will there be a coat check desk?

A: Coat check is not available.

Q: How many guests can I bring?

A: Registration for this event is now closed. Please contact events@kattaylor.com with questions.

Q: How do I sign up for a shuttle?

A: Shuttle service to and from Marin, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Mateo is offered on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Please contact events@kattaylor.com to check availability.

Q: Will there be food at this roundup?

A: Yes, please bring your appetite! Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. You are also welcome to bring snacks to share and non-alcoholic beverages. However, please refrain from bringing single-use plastic containers on-site. There will be plenty of water stations to refill your reusable, non-plastic water bottles.

Q: Who can I contact if I have questions?

A: Please feel free to reach out to the Ranch Party Events Team at events@kattaylor.com.

Q: Can I bring my dog to the Ranch?

A: This is a working ranch and an active outdoor laboratory, home to wildlife, livestock, and critters of all kinds—plus pesky plants like poison oak and plenty of insects. Pets will not be admitted. For everyone’s safety (including your four-legged friends), please leave pets and other animals at home.
